ABOUT:

PROCESS. Not PRODUCT. PRACTICE not PRAISE. That's the anthem of this daily practice. Hold off judgement from others, and more importantly from yourself. Once we remove the need for feedback, and stop worrying about the outcome, instead just plunge into the process for itself, we will be pleasantly surprised with the new found freedom to be curious, to experiment and discover the pleasure of being in the moment when we draw. Which, imho, is as good as meditation. :). --In order to keep up this discipline I invite/invited other artist friends to join in like ‘gym-buddies’ for this daily practice.
